For some inane reason, the local isp's proxy server has convinced itself that " [link]" is a website that is "inconsistent with its moral, social and political beliefs"

in other words, i suspect that i might be unable to access deviantart in the near future ... at least until mid - august or thereabouts when i head back to college.
